Feebas is a little slow-witted, but tries hard to impress. Often clumsy and often underestimated, it tends to think a bit lowly of itself. It will often follow other water types around, hoping they'll be friends with it, but tends to overstay its welcome. Surprisingly, when Feebas believes in itself, it can actually be quite impressive.
