I can't escape what I do, either. But... there hasn't been a need for it here. So, if there's no need for what I do, then why am I here? Why are any of us here? In this desert? If no one hires you to be an assassin... then what will you do? Nothing?

I will do what it takes to remain myself and remain sane.

Training new abilities takes a good amount of time, after all.

Yes. Even Farfarello has his own method of staying sane, although most would not recognize it as such.
